Job Overview

As a Clinical Support Services Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for receiving initial calls from patients, gathering information, and relaying it to our team of clinicians. Key Responsibilities:

  • Remain professional and composed when dealing with difficult or emotionally charged callers, ensuring that all interactions are respectful and courteous
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and internet navigation skills to access and update patient information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs, enhancing your customer service skills and knowledge of our services and operations

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing your time effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet navigation is essential, as well as accurate keyboard and typing skills.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills, meeting minimum requirements
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Availability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays, with paid time off at 1.5 times the regular rate
  • Access to high-speed internet on a personal network, with a private and patient-confidential workspace environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
