About the Role: Chat Specialist

As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in representing our dealer clients favorably online and turning website traffic into leads. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in online conversations with customers, providing them with accurate information about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services, ensuring that you are always up-to-date with the latest information.
• Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that can help our dealer clients generate revenue from their website traffic.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
