Job Overview

As a Voice Data Entry Agent at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for managing data enrichment tasks with precision and accuracy. Your primary focus will be on verifying information, completing enrichment tasks, and ensuring timely execution of duties. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where no two days are the same, and your adaptability, flexibility, and excellent communication skills will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Involved with either voice or non-voice processes, as required, to support data enrichment tasks for our healthcare client.
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Verify information provided by 3rd party entities using online databases to cross-check information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Perform data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for statuses, demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Responsible for timely and quality execution of tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  • May be required to perform additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales or customer service experience is a plus, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available 40 hours per week starting immediately, with the ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes, and a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex.
  • Ability to support a WFH set-up, with a stable internet connection and a computer-savvy approach to work.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, demonstrating your ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and online databases, with the ability to learn new systems and software.
