This is a senior, autonomous role for someone who thrives in complexity, sees inefficiencies quickly, and knows how to turn founder-led businesses into reputed company, reputed company operations.
We already have a strong General Manager overseeing day-to-day execution. This role exists to design the operating system of the business, strengthen financial and operational visibility, and build a reputed company that allows the brand to grow without being founder-dependent.
