PR / Personal Branding Advisor for CEO / Founder Part-time A new tech startup currently operating in stealth mode, preparing for funding and launch. The focus is building the Founder's /CEO's personal brand, public presence, and narrative ahead of reveal. This is an equity-first role (with standard vesting) that can transition into a compensated position at funding. Seeking someone strategic and hands-on. You'll help define the Founder's / CEO’s voice, story, positioning, and online presence, building authority, to attract investors, partners, staff, and early supporters. Hands on creating and managing a clear public-facing identity (LinkedIn, X, socials, press, pitch materials, etc.) The Role: • Develop and manage the founder's personal brand strategy • Craft messaging and thought leadership aligned with the upcoming venture • Create story, tone, and communication style • Execute across social media (LinkedIn, X, etc.) • Maintain confidentiality around all aspects of the founder and venture • Promote CEO on other outlets to build CEO brand Requirements • Experience in Founderr or CEO PR and personal branding • Strong writing and strategic positioning instincts • Comfortable working under NDA in a stealth environment. • Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by possible long-term equity upside.
