Medical Scribe Courseware Developer (Healthcare Education / E-Learning)

Scope of Work The selected freelancer will be responsible for creating structured, engaging, and practical course content, which may include: •Complete Medical Scribe curriculum outline • Module-based lesson content (beginner to advanced levels) • Medical terminology and abbreviations • EHR/EMR documentation workflows • SOAP notes and clinical documentation standards • Specialty-specific scribing (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, ED, Specialty Clinics) • Compliance topics (HIPAA, patient privacy, professionalism) • Real-world case scenarios and practice exercises • Assessments, quizzes, and answer keys • Optional: Instructor guides, student handouts, or slide decks Content should be clear, accurate, up-to-date, and suitable for online or hybrid learning environments. Deliverables • Well-structured course modules (Word, Google Docs, or LMS-ready format) • Editable source files • Original content (no copyrighted or plagiarized material) • Clear learning objectives and outcomes for each module Required Qualifications • Experience as a Medical Scribe, Healthcare Educator, Clinical Documentation Specialist, or related role • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and medical documentation • Proven experience creating educational or training content • Excellent written English and attention to detail • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare standards and terminology Preferred Qualifications • Instructional design or e-learning development experience • Experience training or mentoring medical scribes • Familiarity with LMS platforms (optional) Project Type • Contract / Freelance • Fixed-price (open to discussion based on experience and scope) How to Apply Please include: 1.
