WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE The Vice President of Bolthouse Marketing will own brand reputed company and brand equity, innovation, and communications for the $500M beverage and dressing brand. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/Masters preferred • Minimum of 10 years of brand management experience • Experience leading through the full innovation cycle from ideation to commercialization • Experience leading multi-reputed company dollar communication plans from agency briefing to production and from shopper to reputed company. • Experience leading media, creative, and shopper agencies or in-house teams and managing the associated budget. • 5+ years of reputed company P&L ownership experience with history driving both top and reputed company reputed company • Deep understanding of finding insights and driving reputed company based on syndicated (sales and panel) and custom (qual and quant) consumer data • Experience leading 3+ person teams with reputed company record of team development and retention.
