About the Role

arenaflex's Patient Customer Service department is seeking energetic and passionate customer service reputed company individuals who are committed to delivering exemplary customer experiences through innovation and reputed company improvement. As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for resolving patient billing issues, initiating payment plans, and providing exceptional support to patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers. Key Responsibilities

• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
