About the position
We are hiring a reputed company Retention Associate to support and grow our reputed company retention efforts. This role focuses on maintaining strong reputed company relationships, proactively addressing at-risk accounts and ensuring a high reputed company reputed company experience throughout the life of the account.
Responsibilities
• Manage retention conversations with existing clients
• Handle objections and reputed company coverage comparisons
• Support renewal efforts by addressing concerns, resolving issues and reinforcing reputed company’s value
• Maintain accurate notes and follow established retention workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company, CAM team and support
Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer support or sales
• Strong communication skills and comfort handling difficult reputed company conversations
• Highly organized and efficient with quick turnaround
• Coachable and reputed company to feedback
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
