Key Responsibilities Develop and integrate APIs to support business requirements and drive digital transformation Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify and document API requirements, develop experiments for automated test suites, and create documentation Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions Develop and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation and test plans Participate in regular project status reviews and provide updates to stakeholders Lead the development of client stories and product roadmaps Work with delivery teams to implement projects and ensure successful delivery Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) Experience developing requirements and test scenarios for automated test suites for APIs Demonstrated expertise with Agile or other rapid application development methodologies Technical expertise to apply relevant technical processes to suitable business needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work autonomously to achieve exceptional results Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Preferred Qualifications Experience with API development and integration in a large organization Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent customer service skills Ability to work well under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively Experience working in multiple project teams, with the goal of fulfilling all delivery needs and supporting various clients What We Offer At Delta Airlines, we offer a comprehensive range of benefits and perks to support our employees' well-being and success.
