Fair Credit Reporting reputed company (FCRA) litigation experience is also valued. This is a remote position, but depending on the location, you may have the ability to come into a local Firm office. The Day-To-Day: As a consumer litigation Counsel in the Litigation/Labor & Employment practices, you’ll have reputed company to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. ​ You will manage high volume single plaintiff consumer litigation cases, working directly with opposing counsel, drafting motions and pleadings, negotiating settlement, handling court appearance, and preparing the case for trial. You’ll have substantive reputed company contact as reputed company as significant involvement in case reputed company and management. This non-partnership reputed company role is full-time yet candidates are not expected to reputed company non-billable work, which allows for a predictable schedule that encourages healthy integration of work responsibilities and personal activities.
