Fractional CMO – Adventure Tourism / Multi-Location Skydiving Brand – Contract to Hire

Fractional CMO Wanted for Multi-Location Skydiving Brand: iSkydive America is a nationwide skydiving brand with 11 locations across the U.S. We are looking for an experienced Fractional Chief Marketing Officer to develop and lead a marketing strategy that drives first-time customer bookings and strengthens our brand. The ideal candidate has experience in adventure tourism or experience-based consumer services with a special focus on first time customers. The candidate should be skilled in traditional media buying (print, radio, TV) and digital marketing (SEO, PPC, and video storytelling). You will create our overarching marketing plan, negotiate ad buys for maximum ROI, shape our brand narrative through visuals and storytelling, and help hire and then oversee a full-time marketing director responsible for implementation. Requirements: • Proven experience marketing to first-time experiential consumers • Strong understanding of both digital and traditional advertising channels • Ability to create scalable, multi-location marketing systems • Leadership skills to manage and mentor a marketing director and others in our marketing team. Commitment: Fractional / Part-Time (10–20 hours per week). Possible continued employment after contract with less hours to advise and manage the Marketing Director.
