[Remote] Associate Wealth Advisor – Inbound Client Acquisition
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Socha Capital is seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor who excels in closing leads and is looking for a high-impact role without the burden of ongoing service responsibilities. The advisor will manage the inbound pipeline and work directly with the CEO on consultative sales processes for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities
• Own the front end of our UHNW inbound pipeline
• Manage the consultative sales process
• Transition clients to our senior planning and service
Skills
• Experience closing leads at Merrill, UBS, Schwab, or a high-performing RIA
• Ability to manage the consultative sales process
• Capability to focus on high-level advisory and client acquisition work
• Desire for coaching, challenge, and sharpening of skills
• Top producer mentality
• Ability to engage in high-stakes, strategic conversations
• Obsessed with preparation, precision, and execution
• Desire for proximity to leadership and visibility into UHNW deals
• Ability to perform best with a support system focused on closing
