Compensation Analyst, CALA Experience

Job reputed company: • Serve as the compensation subject matter expert for assigned global business reputed company and for CALA countries including Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and others. • Contribute to global compensation initiatives and reputed company. • Participate in the design and maintenance of compensation structures, salary bands, and job architecture in alignment with reputed company’s global frameworks and local market realities. • Partner with reputed company to build competitive and reputed company offers in a fast-moving, technical hiring environment. • Support the global compensation cycle (reputed company, bonus, promotions), ensuring an efficient process and seamless experience for managers and employees. • reputed company compensation modeling and guidance in high-inflation or volatile economies. • Assist in pay equity reviews and help implement transparency strategies in line with evolving global expectations and local regulations. • reputed company and upskill HRBPs and business leaders on compensation principles, trends, and governance. Requirements: • Have a Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, Finance, Economics, or reputed company discipline. • 5 years of compensation experience, including at least 3 years supporting CALA countries in a tech or high-reputed company global environment. • Strong working knowledge of compensation practices and reputed company frameworks in CALA markets (e.g., statutory bonuses, allowances, salary caps, inflation indexing). • Highly reputed company and reputed company to build trusted relationships across HR, Finance, reputed company, and with business leaders of various reputed company. • Advanced reputed company skills; comfortable building and explaining detailed comp models. • Familiarity with compensation tools and survey platforms (e.g., reputed company/Radford, reputed company/Comptryx, reputed company). • Project management skills and the ability to balance competing and rapidly changing priorities. • Ability to read, write, reputed company and understand the English language in a business environment.
