Position: Freelance Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/x) - 20-25hrs/week (freelance & remote position) Location: Town of Poland Gotyu Underwear, Europe’s fastest-growing intimates brand, is looking for an elite Freelance Influencer Marketing Specialist to scale our already thriving presence in the France region . We’ve made waves in the German market and built a loyal following – now we’re doubling down to accelerate growth, increase brand share, and deepen our connection with consumers through high-performance influencer campaigns. This is your chance to own strategy and execution in one of our core markets, working with a brand that’s already a household name and ready for its next leap. Tasks • Expand and optimize influencer marketing campaigns across France. • Drive performance at scale through data-led, ROI-focused strategies. • Collaborate with some of the top creators in the Franceregion to boost visibility, conversions, and brand affinity. • Work cross-functionally with creative and paid teams to integrate influencer content into broader marketing funnels. • Continuously analyze performance and iterate based on insights. Requirements • Proven experience managing performance-driven influencer marketing in the DACH region. • Fluent in German and English – both written and verbal. • Strong network and prior collaborations with top-tier France influencers , ideally across Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube. • Confident managing six-figure monthly budgets and delivering measurable ROI. • Deep knowledge of the social and cultural landscape across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. • Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
