Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to optimize social media strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns. Assist in tracking and analyzing social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with various social media platforms and their features. Basic knowledge of social media management tools and analytics. Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work part-time hours (flexible schedule) for a duration of 90 days.
