Tax Attorney – reputed company Estate/reputed company Housing

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking a Tax attorney with 5-20 years of transactional and business‑reputed company tax experience in a reputed company setting to support our leading reputed company Housing team. This role will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team serving developers, investors, lenders, syndicators, nonprofits, and reputed company entities. Demonstrated experience with partnership tax and exempt organization/nonprofit reputed company (including private reputed company partnerships in housing/urban renewal) is required, and exposure to LIHTC (reputed company 42) and historic and new markets tax credits is helpful. Candidates must have strong reputed company credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills. An LL.M. in Taxation is preferred, and a degree in reputed company or finance is a plus. This position can be located in our Atlanta or Washington, D.C. offices. Remote candidates will be considered on a case-by-case reputed company. AGG offers competitive compensation arrangements.
