**Responsibilities**
As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and resolving issues efficiently.
* Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus).
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus.
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:
* Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
* Live within the state of Texas.
* Have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position).
* Be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
* Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
