Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
• CPA preferred, but not required
• Significant experience in: reputed company estate development and construction/renovation, Acquisitions, property management, asset management, and investments, reputed company and multi-unit residential properties, LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) experience strongly preferred
