Job Overview

In this role, you will be supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S., assisting with entry-level auto and property policies. Your primary function will be to receive, review, and process inbound calls regarding customer insurance policies, addressing questions, billing inquiries, or policy modifications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls, providing exceptional service and support for insurance policy inquiries, billing, and modifications
  • Utilize system tools to search for answers and information, navigating complex situations with limited information
  • Demonstrate active listening skills, empathy, and critical thinking to resolve customer concerns and provide personalized solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Reside in Utah (candidates living within 50 miles of a site may be offered an onsite role)
  • Professional customer service aptitude and basic conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a dedicated, distraction-free, quiet work environment during working and training hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
  • Open availability during hours of operation, including weekends as needed
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to navigate computer systems and data systems efficiently

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly pay: $15-$19/hour
  • Expected hours: No less than 40 hours per week
