NCR VOYIX has earned the trust of businesses large and small — from the best-known brands around the world to your local favorite around the corner.</p><p><b>Title: UK Facility Manager</b></p><p><b>Location: Birmingham, GBR</b></p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Oversee Warehouse Operations: Manage the receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations to ensure efficient processes and compliance with company policies.</li> <li>Staff Management: Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.</li> <li>Inventory Management: Work with Inventory manager to ensure accurate reporting of inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and identify/implement inventory management techniques to maintain accurate records and identifying risks to prevent stock shortages.</li> <li>Logistics Coordination: Supervise the team responsible for planning and coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, optimizing warehouse layout and workflow for maximum productivity.</li> <li>Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment through regular inspections and training.</li> <li>Budget Management: Manage operational budgets, including labour and supply costs, to ensure financial efficiency.</li> </ul> <h2>Required Skills And Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management and a qualification in industrial engineering or a related field are essential.</li> <li>Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide staff effectively.</li> <li>Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle various aspects of warehouse operations simultaneously & associated reporting.</li> <li>Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Office365/sharepoint, warehouse management systems and inventory software.</li> <li>Optional – Experience in an IT technical role</li> </ul> <h2>Deliverables</h2> <ul> <li>Generate daily, weekly & monthly operational reports</li> <li>Maintain and update process documentation as required min. annual review.</li> <li>Act as point of escalation for any of the warehouse deliverables</li> <li>Adhoc tasks inc. procurement of materials or project inventory to complete warehouse activities.</li> </ul> <h2>EEO Statement</h2> <p>Integrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
