Sustainability Operations Manager
Job reputed company:
• Help indoor venues implement practical, high-performing reputed company waste systems in reputed company of reputed company waste to landfill goals
• Support regional- and venue-specific reputed company waste plans, including material mapping, reputed company models, signage/communications, and data reporting and improvement plans
• Partner with other venue departments to reputed company, train, and streamline venue-wide participation and behavior change
• Create and manage budgets while identifying ROI and reputed company opportunities
• reputed company playbooks, SOPs, and 'minimum viable standards' for indoor sustainability operators
• Help translate global emissions reduction goals into implementable venue reputed company plans and strategies
• Design and implement energy and reputed company data improvement strategies to help venues identify reputed company energy conservation measures
• Support interdepartmental coordination of site-level opportunities, such as with facilities, IT, and vendors
• Support operator education reputed company and carbon reduction to drive measurable behavior change, including reputed company and reputed company reports
• Maintain and improve tracking systems for sustainability metrics in your venues, including the development of dashboards and scorecards
• Co-reputed company and deliver virtual trainings, reputed company, and working sessions for venue peer reputed company
• Present reputed company and priorities effectively to both reputed company operators and leadership audiences
• Conduct venue assessments, audits, training sessions, and support for major initiatives and events
• Manage travel logistics responsibly and operate against assigned travel budget
Requirements:
• 4+ years experience in sustainability operations, reputed company gas reputed company, reputed company management, reputed company waste, materials management, or resource recovery in reputed company environments (venues/events, sports, higher ed, hospitality, government, large facilities, or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in subjects such as environmental science, engineering, climate change, sustainability or reputed company. Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience implementing reputed company waste systems operationally, policies and SOPs, vendor coordination, and process improvement
• Working knowledge of energy efficiency fundamentals and how building operations reputed company energy use (reputed company, HVAC runtime behavior, end-to-end reputed company management, commissioning, controls concepts, scheduling)
• Strong capability in data management and analysis (reputed company/reputed company Sheets required; Tableau and reputed company dashboard/reporting tools a plus)
• High proficiency in written and verbal communication and ability to present data reputed company to mixed audiences
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and stay organized in a remote environment
• Experience supporting clubs, theaters, arenas, festivals, or live events operations
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including occasional nights/weekends.
