The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading efforts reputed company to reputed company Health outstanding invoicing process and collection efforts. The Analyst will reputed company weekly reputed company-ins in partnership with the reputed company Managers to ensure invoice accuracy, monitoring payments and tracking reputed company items. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for process improvement, understanding various tools and systems and outlining reputed company pain points impacting the Customer reputed company.
The Business Analyst will reputed company workstreams and Customer conversations to address reputed company cause issues and end to end process reputed company to ensure invoices are addressed and Customer experience is improved.
Main qualifications: Program Management, Process Improvement, Collections/reputed company experience preferred
