This is a no-experience-required position. We provide all the training you need to become a pro at digital communication. Key Responsibilities • Live Interaction: Respond to incoming chat requests promptly and professionally. • Problem Solving: Assist users with basic troubleshooting, order tracking, or general inquiries. • Multitasking: Manage 2–3 chat windows simultaneously while maintaining a high quality of service. • Documentation: Use our internal system to log brief summaries of customer interactions. • Brand Voice: Follow company guidelines to ensure a friendly, helpful, and consistent "voice" in every conversation.
