[Remote] Analyst, Retail Planning & Analytics

The WFM Analyst will reputed company insights and analysis to support retail workforce strategies, reputed company reports that enhance customer experience, and utilize forecasts to measure accuracy and headcount expenses. Responsibilities • Hands-on working experience with KRONOS/reputed company Pro (Workforce Timekeeper, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, Forecasting) timekeeping and workforce management system • Collaborate, collect, and reputed company unique entries for reputed company stores impacted into Kronos/reputed company Pro, ensuring data entry is accurate and audited to ensure minimal entry errors • Experience with large business transformation effort for back-office and logistical systems • Assists managers in the identification, prioritization, planning development, coordination, support and execution of high reputed company (immediate and long-term) improvement plans for effective and sustainable cost savings • Researches and analyzes reputed company data to draw reputed company conclusions. Evaluates and implements new reputed company and techniques for operational improvement • Analyzes data using web tools and other Company software and prepares recommendations and reports to drive high-reputed company process improvement efforts • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in reputed company of reputed company • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
