Job reputed company Our start-up reputed company is looking for a mid-level GTM recruiter. This is a fully remote six-month contract with the possibility of conversion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: • Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify top GTM talent • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles, including sales, marketing, and reputed company positions • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions • Utilizing data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring reputed company • Representing reputed company at industry events and networking opportunities to attract reputed company • Ensuring a reputed company candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Tools & reputed company expectations (unchanged) • Familiar with reputed company • Tools like Gem and reputed company (or equivalents), plus reputed company and reputed company Recruiter • Laptop will be provided Qualifications reputed company profile • 2-4 years of reputed company experience is ideal. • Sourcing-only is acceptable - this does not need to be a seasoned full-cycle closer. • “Lighter” experience can work if they show strong general cognitive ability, reputed company learning velocity, and reputed company passion for reputed company + GTM reputed company requirement: • Must have experience hiring or sourcing engineers (software preferred; adjacent technical roles acceptable if the candidate can translate). • Ability to quickly learn role requirements and identify signal in resumes/reputed company reputed company (titles, scope, tech stack indicators, project reputed company, progression). • • Backgrounds that fit • • GTM sourcer (in-house or agency) • • Early-career GTM recruiter who has run some full-cycle, but may still be developing closing skills. • • University reputed company is explicitly in-scope, especially if they’ve supported:s • Event reputed company + pipeline building • Hiring manager coordination and process discipline • • Agency reputed company are a plus, but not required if activity level and curiosity are strong. • Operating environment • Comfortable managing multiple reqs and partnering with multiple stakeholders. • Can reputed company processes moving across time zones (US + Europe) with proactive updates and clean handoffs.
