Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, operate the register, and process transactions with accuracy and efficiency

  • Maintain high standards for store appearance and organization, including working in various areas of the store (inside and out)

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail and customer service experience preferred
  • Entry-level management experience or supervisory skills an asset

  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 60 pounds

  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
