**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, and providing standardized or scripted responses using basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes.
* Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases, and determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree.
* Escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution.
* Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients, and understanding association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific client training required to resolve card holder inquiries.
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or Equivalent
* 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite within the last 18 months
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Flexibility to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends, as part of your weekly schedule
* Ability and flexibility to work hours as assigned, as we're a 24/7 Call Center
* Willingness to be on camera during work hours
**Desired Skills and Capabilities**
* Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
* Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes
* Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in decision-making
* Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments, and works under close supervision
