**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail veterans and innovators to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain brand standards. You will work closely with our Store Chiefs to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, drive team performance, and maintain store operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Business Strategy**: Collaborate with the Store Chief to develop and implement business strategies, drive sales growth, and maintain brand standards (70% of the time).
* **Customer Experience**: Ensure all team members deliver exceptional customer experiences, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness.
* **Team Development**: Recruit, train, and develop team members, maintaining high position satisfaction, providing continuous performance assessment, and ensuring adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures.
* **Brand Standards**: Maintain brand standards through office maintenance, display area show, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with arenaflex's clothing standard and preparation rules.
**What You'll Bring**
* **Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives.
* **Self-Starter**: Outstanding leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the capacity to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines.
* **Communication**: Magnificent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales tasks.
* **Collaboration**: Ability to foster collaborative relationships and serve as a well-respected, trusted partner.
* **Flexibility**: Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to move depending on the situation.
* **Licensing**: Substantial driver's license in the state of work and ability to acquire relevant state licensing, where applicable.
