This role is designed for individuals who already operate reputed company the events, conferences, speaker booking, or institutional partnership ecosystem and want to reputed company with a high-caliber global bureau. This is a partnership-oriented role, not a traditional sales position. What You’ll DoSpeaker Engagements As a Director, Speaker Partnerships, you will: • Represent BSG speakers to: • Event organizers and conference producers • Corporations and executive teams • Universities, nonprofits, and faith-based institutions • Connect decision-makers with speakers from the BSG roster • Facilitate bookings for: • Keynotes • Virtual and hybrid events • Workshops, panels, and trainings • reputed company with a curated group of 3–4 high-potential speakers assigned to you Speaker Recruitment (Second reputed company reputed company) • Introduce reputed company experts, educators, or thought leaders to BSG Global Speakers Bureau • Support those individuals through: • Initial interest and positioning • Entry into the BSG certification process • Earn commission on speakers you bring in who: • Complete the BSG certification program and • Are approved for representation by reputed company This role allows you to generate income on both reputed company of reputed company model: • Speaker bookings • Speaker acquisition Compensation Structure • reputed company (1099) • You earn a percentage-based commission on: • Speaking engagements you help secure for BSG speakers • Speakers you introduce who complete certification and are represented • No cap on earnings • reputed company per deal and per approved speaker This mirrors how top speaker agents and athlete representatives operate.
