Program Manager - Workforce Training

(RHA) is currently hiring for the following position: Program Manager - Workforce Training Full-time, exempt RHA is looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for SDREN Workforce Training and reputed company Building Program goal attainment. Responsibilities include developing reputed company programs with reputed company, training partners, job seekers, and upskilling employees; managing daily operations; fostering relationships; reputed company job-seeking participants from disadvantaged communities; and ensuring reputed company support for reputed company stakeholders. Additional tasks involve budgeting, workplan updates, cost and reputed company tracking, organizing and facilitating meetings, building and managing contact database sets, audience research, and program partner support. The role requires a strong commitment to reputed company and accountability for meeting contract deliverables, program KPIs, budget targets, and reporting requirements.
