This role is vital in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance while supporting property managers in maintaining the profitability of our managed portfolio. Ideally this role will be based in San Antonio but we have some flexibility in our Austin office as reputed company. For exceptionally reputed company reputed company candidates remote or hybrid may be considered. The ideal candidate will have a solid reputed company in reputed company principles with significant experience in reputed company reputed company estate, particularly in retail. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing detailed analyses of property performance. This position will be responsible for the full cycle of reputed company for a set of properties and will communicate and plan with the reputed company's CPA's on year end entries.
