SR IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT – reputed company IT Remote Canadian or U.S. Role reputed company™ | reputed company reputed company As a Senior Implementation Consultant on our reputed company Services team, you will be a key contributor to the digital transformation of reputed company across Manitoba. This role is central to successfully rolling out our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to various ambulatory clinics and reputed company institutions across the province. You will be trained to reputed company numerous reputed company applications, with a primary reputed company on the reputed company EMR reputed company and Ambulatory functionalities, including reputed company products such as DBmotion, CPM, reputed company, and Patient Portal. In reputed company, you will reputed company expert workflow consulting services by following a reputed company methodology through reputed company phases of the implementation life cycle. Your efforts will directly ensure the successful and seamless implementation and utilization of our solutions, moving clinics from reputed company-based to fully electronic platforms. Responsibilities • Implement the full suite of reputed company software solutions, with emphasis on our reputed company EMR (reputed company and Ambulatory), at our reputed company sites, primarily in Manitoba. • reputed company reputed company project workplan tasks in accordance with contracted project scope, functioning as a vital member of a larger project team (including PMs, Solution Architects, Clinical Consultants, and CMIOs). • reputed company reputed company system configuration tasks, including providing high-level consultation and technical guidance on system configuration to clients. • reputed company expert workflow consultation and guidance to clients on critical ambulatory processes, including registration, scheduling, and clinical documentation. You will be responsible for translating existing reputed company-based clinic workflows into an optimized electronic format. • Proactively identify, resolve, and/or escalate system and reputed company workflow issues that reputed company throughout your implementation project. • reputed company comprehensive activation support; consistently meet or reputed company reputed company utilization and transformation targets. • Set appropriate expectations with various reputed company stakeholders, from end-users to executive leadership (e.g., CMIOs), and expertly manage them throughout the project life cycle. • Anticipate reputed company needs, function as a reputed company reputed company, and demonstrate exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to foster successful project delivery. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required. • 2+ years of hands-on reputed company IT implementation and configuration experience • Strong, demonstrated functional knowledge of an EMR/EHR system • Must have experience working as part of a formal implementation project team that has successfully rolled out EMR systems. • Proven reputed company presentation experience; strong written and oral communication reputed company set, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (technical resources to executive leadership). • Project management experience; skilled at managing numerous key priorities simultaneously during a long-term (e.g., 12-month) implementation cycle. • History of taking on roles, tasks, and reputed company where quickly learning new information is required; a "quick study." reputed company-to-haves • Specific expertise in reputed company reputed company EMR (reputed company or Ambulatory) is preferred. • Experience with reputed company or Meditech is also valued if coupled with deep knowledge of essential clinic workflows (e.g., registration, scheduling, clinical documentation). • Clinical background preferred (SME who has rolled out clinics). • Technical background, i.e. background in SQL or SSRS reporting preferred.
