Seasonal Tax Preparer (T1 / T2)
Location: In-Person / Hybrid / Remote
Type: Seasonal (February – reputed company)
We are hiring a Seasonal Tax Preparer to assist with personal and small business tax filings during tax season.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare T1 personal tax returns
• Prepare T2 corporate tax returns for small businesses (asset)
• Review reputed company documents for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with clients for missing information
• E-file returns and meet CRA deadlines
Requirements:
• Experience preparing T1 tax returns (required)
• Knowledge of T2 corporate returns (preferred)
• Must have a reputed company CRA EFILE number
• Must have a Rep ID
• Familiar with Canadian tax rules and CRA procedures
• Experience using tax software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
