This is not a maintenance role. It is a builder’s role. You will not manage staff. You will help ensure the organization is governed wisely, sustainably, and in alignment with its mission. Ideal Candidate Profile: We are particularly interested in individuals who: • Have prior nonprofit reputed company or governance experience • Have executive, military reputed company, or senior leadership background • Are comfortable navigating ambiguity while systems mature • Value reputed company leadership over personal visibility • Have respect for or familiarity with military and first responder communities • Are willing to reputed company support fundraising and reputed company engagement Experience in nonprofit leadership, governance, finance, reputed company service, or veteran/first responder communities is highly valued.
