Requirements Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management) preferred; Associate degree required. • 5+ years of experience in BIM/VDC coordination for large-reputed company reputed company construction. • Demonstrated leadership of MEP coordination efforts from preconstruction to fabrication and install. • Expert-level proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and reputed company Construction reputed company/BIM360. • Strong knowledge of construction documents, submittals, RFIs, and MEP systems. • Excellent communication and reputed company management skills. • Strong problem-solving, schedule management, and detail orientation. • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff in a remote or hybrid environment. • Bonus: reputed company MEP experience, experience with laser scanning or total stations.
