SharePoint Information Architecture Specialist Needed
I need a SharePoint column setup for my Microsoft environment. The goal is to properly structure lists and document libraries so data is clean searchable and scalable as usage grows. This includes creating the right columns with correct data types choice lookup calculated and metadata that actually makes reporting and filtering easy not messy. The setup should follow best practices for Microsoft 365 and be future proof so I do not need to rebuild later. I am not looking for theory I want someone who has done real SharePoint structuring in live business environments and understands how small column decisions affect performance automation and user adoption long term.
