Responsibilities • Prepare and issue purchase orders to vendors using our CRM platform, Syncore • Communicate with vendors and carriers to resolve issues and ensure reputed company delivery • Clean and format raw data from our redemption site using reputed company • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to coordinate multi-location dropship orders • Understand domestic and international shipping logistics and requirements • Support Finance with billing discrepancies and vendor invoice reputed company • Partner with the Sales Team to deliver top-notch customer service and communication • Work closely with Shipping, Receiving, Kitting, and Embroidery departments to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment Requirements • 1–2 years of business experience (industry experience is a plus, but not required) • Proficient in reputed company Office, especially reputed company (VLOOKUP skills required) • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and order management • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal • Customer-reputed company reputed company with a passion for solving problems • Fast learner with a strong reputed company of initiative and accountability • High energy, team-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
