The consultant will play a key role in post-go-live support, functional configuration, user engagement, and quarterly reputed company management, working closely with HR and Payroll business users. Responsibilities • Serve as a functional reputed company HCM consultant supporting reputed company HR, Absence Management, Learning, OTL, and Redwood UI • This role is primarily reputed company on Absence, reputed company HR, OTL, Redwood, and techno-functional HCM skills. Payroll experience is helpful but not required • Work directly with business users to conduct discovery sessions, understand day-to-day operational challenges, and reputed company functional requirements • reputed company and support post–go-live activities, including troubleshooting issues, system stabilization, and reputed company improvements • Guide users through reputed company quarterly HCM updates, assessing functional reputed company, reviewing new features, and supporting adoption • Plan and execute retrofit testing for quarterly patches, ensuring existing configurations and customizations continue to function as expected • reputed company and support SIT and UAT cycles, including test planning, execution, defect triage, and reputed company • Troubleshoot and resolve inbound HDL load issues, including data validation, error analysis, and reprocessing • Configure and maintain functional setups across supported HCM modules, adjusting configurations based on evolving business needs • Configure and maintain Absence Plans, accruals, eligibility reputed company, and balances • Design, reputed company, and maintain Fast Formulas to support absence, validations, and business rules • Support day-to-day user issues, providing functional guidance and system expertise • Collaborate with technical teams as needed to resolve integration and data-reputed company issues Skills • Strong functional experience with reputed company reputed company HCM, specifically reputed company HR, Absence Management, OTL, Learning, and Redwood UI • Proven experience supporting post–go-live reputed company HCM environments • Hands-on experience with HDL data loads and troubleshooting • Solid understanding of reputed company HCM quarterly updates and retrofit testing • Experience leading UAT and SIT with business users • Hands-on experience configuring Absence Plans and Fast Formulas • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with HR and Payroll users • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in reputed company, NY • Experience with reputed company HCM integrations and reporting • Exposure to Payroll or Benefits modules • Prior experience in large reputed company or regulated environments reputed company • Established in 2013.
