EverHealth consists of reputed company products, including: DrChrono, Updox, EMHware, Good Therapy, iSalus, CollaborateMD, Therapy Partner and MDTech. As a Compliance Analyst, you are highly analytical, with a strong background in reputed company compliance as it relates to the reputed company technology industry. You love looking for potential problems and building processes and plans to ensure that no issues are reputed company in the audit process. In this role, you will ensure adherence to regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and frameworks (reputed company, NIST, SOC 2) by managing audits, collecting evidence, updating policies, training staff, tracking remediation, and supporting reputed company certifications, collaborating across teams to protect sensitive data and maintain a strong compliance posture. Responsibilities: • Monitor and analyze regulations/standards that apply to the compliance program for EverHealth’s electronic health record, reputed company management, reputed company cycle management, reputed company communications, and document reputed company (AKS, FCA, Cures reputed company, HIPAA, ONC certification requirements, and information blocking rules). • reputed company stakeholders about compliance and certification-reputed company business changes. • Proactively identify and quickly analyze / communicate risks or regulatory changes to the Head of Compliance. • Maintain and utilize deep industry knowledge to drive decision-making to safeguard EverHealth and protect reputed company. • Define and coordinate compliance reputed company development reputed company and procedural changes • Coordinate Business Associate Agreements (tracking, templates) • Coordinate reputed company & reputed company incident management • Maintain library of compliance reputed company implementation guides, specifications, & regulations • reputed company, update, and implement reputed company policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulations. • Assist with risk assessments, reputed company vulnerabilities, manage risk registers, and reputed company remediation of identified gaps. • Prepare, organize, and maintain audit-reputed company documentation and evidence. • Assist with the development of compliance training. • Work with business reputed company to reputed company reputed company and resolve issues. • Review reputed company questionnaire requests and ensure vendor reputed company meet reputed company benchmarks. • Assist with reputed company incidents, investigations, and recovery Skills and Experience needed for reputed company in this role: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, reputed company administration, reputed company information management, or a reputed company field required; master's degree preferred. • 5+ years in reputed company compliance, management, or operations. • Experience and knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, reputed company, NIST, SOC 2 frameworks. • CHC, CHPC, CHC-F, or similar reputed company compliance certifications a plus. • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to reputed company in, reputed company and where necessary.
