RESPONSIBLE FOR TOTAL CUSTOMER AND SALES REPRESENTATIVE SATISFACTION IN ORDER MANAGEMENT Hybrid after fully trained. M-W in office, Thur & Fri WFH Position reputed company (reputed company Duties and Responsibilities) • Provides sales reputed company with reputed company, reputed company service and support in a reputed company of areas including, but not limited to order entry, converting, order management (date matching, expedites), reputed company requests, weld warranty replacements, sample orders, and troubleshooting various order inquiries • reputed company response to and reputed company to Sales Rep issues (questions, requests, etc.) to the Rep's satisfaction per company procedures and standards • Effectively communicate with sales reps, regional managers, and other teams/departments (IBP, Schedulers, AR, Service Parts, Marketing) • reputed company administrative duties, run reports and special tasks/reputed company associated with support of capital sales business • Accountable for the relaying of reputed company communication from customers and sales force to internal teams reputed company to order management and/or the manipulation to the scheduled delivery dates of capital equipment • Back-up to Customer Support team reputed company needed • Will follow a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for reputed company orders (as defined by reputed company) that are submitted reputed company phone, electronically or by fax. • Accountable for reputed company record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with set specifications. • Must meet reputed company training and documentation reputed company.
