Remote Deputy General Counsel, Regulatory Affairs

In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing legal affairs related to regulatory matters in the dietary supplement and wellness product sectors. Your expertise will help navigate complex legal regulations, ensuring compliance while fostering innovation. You will also play a key role in contract management and various legal partnerships, contributing to the company's mission of delivering high-quality health solutions. Responsibilities • Support the General Counsel with legal matters including commercial contracting and regulatory compliance. • Act as lead legal advisor for FDA and FTC compliance on dietary supplements and related products. • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements ensuring legal protections. • Monitor regulatory trends and translate them into actionable business advice. • Provide training and guidelines to ensure compliance across functions. Requirements • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with active bar membership. • 5+ years of legal experience with FDA and FTC regulatory matters. • Experience in advertising review and product labeling compliance. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. • Proficient in legal research and contract management software.
