Overview We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. • Create, curate, and manage high-quality multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software. • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment and industry trends to inform content planning. • Manage social media scheduling and publishing using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer for optimal timing and consistency. • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content visibility in search engines. • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly. • Engage with followers through relationship management, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster community growth. • Oversee paid advertising campaigns such as Facebook Advertising to boost reach and engagement. • Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels. • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative. Skills • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and visual content creation. • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer. • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics, and Google Analytics. • Knowledge of social listening tools for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends. • Ability to create compelling content including photography, video editing, and copywriting tailored for various platforms. • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital marketing strategies. • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in branding consistency. • Strong relationship management skills for engaging with online communities effectively. • Experience in social media marketing within e-commerce or related industries is a plus.
