Your expertise will support the design of governance models that ensure effective data and AI application across decentralized structures. Accountabilities • Develop strategies that help clients achieve business goals through data and AI. • Analyze existing business strategies and processes to unveil potential for data-driven value. • Identify high-impact areas for data and AI-driven innovations and evaluate use cases. • Structure complex issues into prioritized actions and create actionable roadmaps. • Design organizational and governance models for effective data and AI use. Requirements • Several years of experience in strategy development or organizational consulting, ideally in data or digital strategy. • Strong consulting toolkit, including strategic conceptualization, project management, and stakeholder communication. • Knowledge of relevant data and AI use cases in businesses, with an ability to assess their impact and value. • Self-driven, solution-oriented, and collaborative work ethic. • Fluent in German at C1 level, both spoken and written.
