Below are the specs for the role: Job Title: Cyber Security Enterprise Architect Work Location: Remote Duration of Assignment: 6+ Months Pay Rate Range: $60.00/hr to $80.00/hr on W2 Job Description: Job Summary We are looking for a strategic and experiencedSecurity Enterprise Architectto guide the evolution of our security landscape. This role is pivotal in enabling business innovation by architecting robust, scalable security solutions for our cloud and enterprise environments. The primary focus of this role will be defining and executing our enterprise-level security strategy with a key focus on AI Assurance, Observability, AI/ML Model Security, Data Security, APIs, and Application Security. You will be one of the key thought leaders architecting integrated, cutting-edge security solutions that enable the safe and rapid adoption of AI and other advanced technologies across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities • Security Architecture for Emerging Technologies: Develop strategic security architecture, frameworks, and roadmaps to support the firm’s initiatives across AI, Data, and APIs. • Provide security architecture guidance on the security implications of new technologies, including AI enablement and Data Lake initiatives; translate complex security requirements into scalable, resilient architectural designs. • Architect and Design: Integrate robust security controls, governance and best practices across the entire AI lifecycle, including Microsoft 365 Content AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), custom AI/ML models, AI Agents, APIs, and the applications that consume them. • Architect and Design: Secure, isolated cloud tenant to support AI Red Team automation, security best practices, and research efforts. • Define security patterns and requirements for our AI/ML platforms and workloads, focusing on secure infrastructure, data privacy, and access control. • Develop and evolve a resilient security defense framework that is adaptive and capable of protecting against emerging threats targeting AI and automated systems. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in enterprise security architecture roles, with at least 5 years in a security architect role focused on modern technology stacks. • Demonstrable experience creating security strategies and architectures for emerging technologies, particularly AI. Proven track record of leading security initiatives for large-scale data platforms, APIs, and cloud-native applications. • Deep expertise in AI/ML Security, including AI Assurance, Model Security (e.g., for LLMs), and understanding of adversarial ML techniques. • Strong background in Data Security, particularly within Data Lake/Data Mesh environments and for unstructured data. Expert-level knowledge of API Security and modern Application Security (AppSec) principles. • Advanced skills in Cloud Security Architecture (Azure, GCP, or AWS), including designing secure multi-tenant environments. • Experience with designing and implementing security Observability and monitoring frameworks. Familiarity with the security capabilities and governance of Microsoft 365, including its evolving AI features. • Exceptional ability to think strategically and align security initiatives with business and technology innovation goals with a passion for staying at the forefront of cybersecurity and technology trends. • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining highly complex security concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to executive leaders. • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or TOGAF and other architect-level certifications are highly desirable.
