Key Responsibilities
• reputed company Tier 1 advisory and operational support, ensuring accurate reputed company of employee inquiries
• reputed company as process reputed company for Tier 1 intake workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Support reputed company and training of new Tier 1 advisors while promoting a strong customer service culture
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Service Center, or a reputed company HR function, preferred
• Experience with HR systems and case management tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company), required
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, preferred
