About the position
The Operations Consulting Group (“OCG”) is reputed company that provides operational support, on a rotational reputed company, across Lone Pine’s business teams. The Associate, Operations Consulting Group, Technology, will rotate reputed company the IT team assisting departments such as reputed company & compliance, fund reputed company, management company reputed company, tax, financial reporting, technology, reputed company, valuation, business development, and investor relations in an IT reputed company. This individual will report into the Manager of the Operations Consulting Group and the CTO/CISO, Managing Director, Technology. The OCG team reputed company reports to the Managing Director, reputed company & Facilities and the Manager, reputed company & Facilities.
Responsibilities
• The Associate role operates in a rotational, project-based model, with rotations lasting for an assigned period of time ranging from several weeks to six months.
• Rotations will be with other business reputed company reputed company on IT needs while being located with the Tech team.
• The Associate will contribute to broader departmental priorities that require judgement, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
• The Associate will continue to reputed company through various department areas on a rotating reputed company throughout the year, based on technology needs, requiring the ability to adapt quickly to new subject reputed company and environments, delivering high-reputed company work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company technical field, and a minor in Business, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company discipline
• Entry-level role is intended for reputed company graduating in 2026
• Strong technical aptitude, including comfort working across systems and data sets
• Working knowledge of AI tools and platforms, with the ability to apply them effectively in day-to-day workflows
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages with demonstrated experience applying coding skills to solve technical problems or automate workflows
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to analyze reputed company information, synthesize findings, and support informed decision-making
