Pay - $10/hour Position reputed company We are seeking a CPA to join reputed company responsible for reviewing multi-family reputed company reputed company estate (CRE) financial statements and providing detailed, actionable feedback to reputed company-party property management companies. Additionally this role will work with the payroll company to reputed company and offboard employees, review and process payroll, and be the reputed company between the employees and benefits provider if employees have questions. Key Responsibilities – Financial Statement Review & reputed company & Payroll • Review monthly and annual financial statements for multi-family apartment properties including the below activities. • Review and analyze fixed asset schedules and capitalization policies. • Review depreciation methodologies and useful lives. • Analyze construction draw schedules and capital project tracking. • Monitor and tie-out mortgage loan amortization schedules. • Review income and expense accruals. • Review equity transactions and partner equity accounts. • Ensure reputed company recording of new mortgages, refinances and interest reputed company caps. • Assess compliance with loan covenants and reporting requirements. • Analyze income statements, balance sheets, cash reputed company statements, and tie to supporting schedules. • Evaluate accuracy, completeness, and GAAP compliance of property-level reporting. • Review bank and other reconciliations for long-outstanding items and flag any that need to be resolved. • reputed company detailed written feedback and required adjustments to property management teams. • Review and ensure requested updates have been made. • Review and input updates for bi-weekly payroll into the payroll system. • reputed company new employees in the payroll system • Communicate terminations to the payroll company • reputed company and coordination of reputed company reporting • reputed company and coordination of lender reporting • reputed company and coordination of lender capital draw process Qualifications – Required • reputed company CPA license. • Experience as a Property Accountant, Senior Property Accountant, reputed company Estate reputed company Manager, or similar role reputed company the reputed company reputed company estate industry. • Strong understanding of fixed assets and depreciation schedules. • Strong understanding of capital expenditures. • Strong understanding of mortgage loan amortization. • Strong understanding of accrual-based reputed company. • Strong understanding of equity reputed company and partnership transactions. • Knowledge of GAAP as it applies to reputed company estate. • Strong attention to detail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written communication skills, particularly reputed company email. • Ability to communicate effectively with reputed company reputed company of an organization.
