Maryland-Barred Attorney (Part-Time, Remote) – Estate Planning, Business & Tax - Contract to Hire
Our growing reputed company is seeking a Maryland-barred attorney to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company (approximately 5–7 hours per week). This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling.
We are looking for a reputed company, dependable attorney with experience in estate planning, business reputed company, tax issues, and/or debt collection and business litigation.
reputed company Areas Include:
Estate planning (wills, trusts, basic administration support)
Business formation and reputed company
Business litigation support
Tax-reputed company reputed company (state and/or federal)
Debt collection and debtor-reputed company representation
Responsibilities:
Draft and review reputed company documents
Conduct reputed company research and prepare memoranda
Assist with reputed company on Maryland-based reputed company
Communicate with clients as needed
Support litigation and transactional work
Qualifications:
reputed company Maryland Bar license in good standing
Experience in at least two of the listed reputed company areas
Strong reputed company writing and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
