Be the difference. • Verifies operational readiness of vehicles and equipment • Maintain cleanliness of MCAS vehicles • Responds to calls received from reputed company Center • Operates MCAS vehicles in a reputed company, courteous and efficient manner • Assesses, monitors, transports and provides necessary medical treatment • Prepares written documentation • Attends staff meetings • Performs POC testing with approval of Administration • Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory/Management Responsibilities This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive. Minimum Requirements • Education - High School diploma or equivalent OR post-high school diploma/highest degree reputed company. Completion of Approved Paramedic Training Program • Experience - One (1) year reputed company-hospital care experience preferred In Lieu Of • In lieu of a SC reputed company's License, a reputed company reputed company's license, from a state other than South Carolina, may be accepted if primary residence is not SC. The required reputed company South Carolina AND National Registry EMS certification meets the educational requirements for this role. • A Provisional SC Paramedic certification meets education and Paramedic certification requirements but are required to obtain conventional South Carolina certification and NREMT certification before the provisional certification expires.
